Union council wise meetings with Head Teachers of Primary, Middle and High School Teachers to enhance quality of Education.
Conduct the Centralized Local Annual Examinations of Class I to VIII, every year.
Worked with ESRA USAID for teachers trainings and strengthening the DEMIS.
Worked as Focal Person of ESRA USAID for DIG III (District Improvement Grant) Program.
Prepared Two Year (2006-2008) and Five Year (2007-2012) Literacy Plans for District Matiari.
Working on District Literacy Program and established Literacy centers at various villages of District Matiari.
Formulated 'SDSSP' Plan of District Matiari for the years 2005 to 2008.
Working as Focal Person of R S U (Reform Support Unit) Education & Literacy Department for SERP Program, through which 100 million rupees are fixed for the Missing facilities in Primary Schools of District MATIARI Sindh.

Developed and launched the website (www.matiari.edu.pk) for the Education Department District Matiari on personal level without getting any kind of help from Government.
The first and still the only person who has launched the website of the department in Sindh at district level, where all the information regarding Education Department District Matiari.
Beside the departmental activities, developed and launched the website (www.sindhsyed.org) to promote the activities of the organization SINDH SAYED ASSOCIATION.
